We are currently not shipping to any European customers. If you are a trade / wholesale business please email us (enquries@ark-equine.com).
UNDELIVERED
If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered ARKequine® is not liable to refund the postage. If you are not in to sign for the delivery, most couriers will leave a note regarding pickup or new delivery arrangement. But if they don’t leave a note and the parcel ends up in a depot to be returned to us we will just refund you the value of the product.
