DERMACAM is a microfine powder spray which protects and soothes minor cuts and wounds in horses. It supports the natural regeneration of skin and coat. It reduces itching and scratching, and soothes chafing. It is astringent and so dries out moist areas.

The ingredients have natural antiseptic, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. Oregano oil is an aromatic constituent which gives fly repellent qualities. Does not contain antibiotics.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Once applied the powder dries and soothes the affected area. The sprayed zinc oxide powder has a drying effect due to protein precipitation upon contact with the skin. It creates a protective barrier against damaging environmental factors and supports natural skin regeneration.

Ingredients: Oregano Oil, Calcium Stearate, Zinc Oxide.

Instructions for proper use:

Clean the affected area carefully. Shake the bottle well until the powder sediment is thoroughly mixed by the steel ball inside of the container. Spray on the affected area 2–3 times daily from a distance of 10 to 20 cm.

Being a spray, rather than a cream or ointment, DERMACAM spray has the added benefit of no cross-contamination, and no need to wear gloves to apply.

When to use: Any skin injury or irritation e.g. bites, cuts, grazes, saddle sores, girth galls, proud flesh.
